The winter season allows you to enhance squash and other forgotten vegetables, to savor delicious apples and oranges, sources of fiber and vitamins.
As soon as the weather is nice, tomatoes and courgettes from the market and our vegetable garden, strawberries then apricots, nectarines, peaches... bring sunshine to the plates!
Isabelle offers you an aperitif (sweet wine or homemade kefir) accompanied by small mushroom pastries (or a hummus spread on toast).
The meal begins with lentil bread (or butternut/peanut soup, Quercy melon, tomato/mozzarella panna cotta, etc.) followed by pumpkin/chestnut lasagna (or fennel tatin, zucchini/goat's cheese crumble, etc.).

For dessert, an apple/almond or strawberry/rhubarb tart, a plum clafoutis will delight those with a sweet tooth.
